In Dubai since 1999, Adriana has witnessed the city's transformation first-hand. After a career in hospitality and a decade with a leading airline, she moved into commercial real estate in 2012 and went on to co-found Impera. Her mission is simple: every client should feel at ease, fully informed, and certain a trusted advisor is by their side at every step.
Cornelia Onea
Co-Founder & Managing Partner
With over 15 years in customer-service-driven environments, Cornelia managed major corporate events internationally before discovering her passion for real estate in Dubai. Drawing on earlier property management experience, she combines deep client empathy with a relentless commitment to excellence and the growth of the industry she serves.
